The Data page is being prepared as the central FFRA research dashboard for Alberta structure-fire rescue metrics, municipality-level mapping, occupancy, victim location, fire conditions, firefighter actions, rescue movement, and reporting methodology.
Formal public structure-fire rescue records begin with 2027 incidents. Pre-launch values may reflect development, testing, or preparation content.
Why this matters
Rescue is priority one. The data should prove it.
Civilian rescues are high-consequence events. Without consistent tracking, departments and decision-makers lose important evidence about risk, staffing, training, timing, and outcomes.

This Google Map displays public structure-fire rescue records by municipality only. Exact addresses, victim identities, medical information, respondent details, and sensitive operational details are never displayed.
Locations are displayed by municipality only to protect privacy and operational security.
Data methodology and limitations
Public survey records, interpreted responsibly.
Entries originate through the official Firefighter Rescues Alberta public dataset. The server normalizes display fields and returns municipality-level map data.
Totals reflect submitted public records available through the configured server-side source. Duplicate, incomplete, or malformed rows are handled before they reach the browser. The dataset is self-reported and should not be treated as a complete record of every structure-fire rescue in Alberta.
